Environment–host–microbial interactions shape the Sarracenia purpurea microbiome at the continental scale

چکیده
The importance of climate, habitat structure, and higher trophic levels on microbial diversity is only beginning to be understood. Here, we examined the influence climate variables, plant morphology, abundance aquatic invertebrates biodiversity northern pitcher Sarracenia purpurea. plant's cup-shaped leaves fill with rainwater support a miniature, yet full-fledged, ecosystem diverse microbiome that decomposes captured prey small network shredding filter-feeding feed microbes. We characterized microbiomes 108 plants sampled at 36 sites from Florida Quebec. Structural equation models revealed annual precipitation temperature, size, midge had direct effects taxonomic phylogenetic diversity. Climate variables also exerted indirect through size abundance. Further, spatial structure influenced composition, but not composition. Our results suggest its effect plant-associated factors lead greater richness phylotypes in warmer, wetter sites.

Introduction: This study aims to identify the psychometric properties of developmental tools observed by the learner and the trainer in the process of nursing training. Methods: In this study, 200 nursing students of Abhar University of Medical Sciences (110 males and 90 females), completed the perceived incivility tools in learner -trainer interactions. To evaluate the reliability, Cronba...
متن کاملBiogeography of a human oral microbiome at the micron scale.
The spatial organization of complex natural microbiomes is critical to understanding the interactions of the individual taxa that comprise a community. Although the revolution in DNA sequencing has provided an abundance of genomic-level information, the biogeography of microbiomes is almost entirely uncharted at the micron scale. Using spectral imaging fluorescence in situ hybridization as guid...

متن کاملHuman Genetics Shape the Gut Microbiome
Host genetics and the gut microbiome can both influence metabolic phenotypes. However, whether host genetic variation shapes the gut microbiome and interacts with it to affect host phenotype is unclear. Here, we compared microbiotas across >1,000 fecal samples obtained from the TwinsUK population, including 416 twin pairs. We identified many microbial taxa whose abundances were influenced by ho...
